The typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks. During busy gifting seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, it’s best to order as early as possible.
Can you paint from any photo?
I can usually work from most clear photos, but the better the photo, the better the finished portrait. Natural light, sharp focus and a clear view of your pet’s face are ideal.
Do you only paint dogs and cats?
No. I can paint dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and many other beloved pets. If you have a more unusual animal in mind, send a message before ordering.
Is the portrait an original painting?
Yes. Each pet portrait is hand-painted on watercolour paper. It is not a digital illustration, printed filter or reproduction.
Do you ship outside the UK?
