Your commission is painted using artist-quality ink and watercolour on carefully selected watercolour paper.
The finished piece is an original artwork — not a digital reproduction, print or watercolour effect — and is signed by Madeleine.
Photos & Reference Images
Clear, well-lit photographs usually provide the best reference, particularly where the eyes, face, colouring and important markings can be seen clearly.
If your commission includes more than one subject, they do not necessarily need to appear together in the same photograph. Madeleine can work from separate images and bring them together naturally within the finished composition.

Please note that framing options and proportions may vary slightly depending on the individual commission.
Turnaround & Delivery
Original artwork takes time to create, so please allow sufficient time when ordering, particularly if your commission is intended as a gift for a specific date.
Once complete, your artwork will be carefully packaged and sent from the UK.
